Customers
In the Customers section, you can add information about customers.
Select the Customers section from the main menu.
In the opened window, you will see the following information concerning customers:
- Customer's name
- Information about the director
- Tax
- Actions
You can find a customer by typing a customer's name in the search field in the upper left corner of the window.
How to add a customer?
Select the Customers section from the main menu.
In the upper right corner of the opened window, click the Add + sign to add customer information.
In the Add Customer window, fill in the information about the customer.
Fields marked with a star * are required.
- Choose your customer's branch.
- Fill in the name of the customer.
It is desirable to fill in the following fields:
- The legal name of the partner company
- Tax data
- Business Address
- Delivery Location
- Contract Date
- Contract Number
- Bank Name
- Bank Number
- Phone
- Phone1
- Director
- Category
- Description
- Customer discount
As soon as the Bussiness Address field is filled in, the map will indicate the location of the customer's activity, which you can change by moving the bookmark on the map.
You can also mark your customer's address by double-clicking on the map and changing it by moving the cursor on the map.
The map can be viewed in 3 ways:
- In the form of a map
- According to the satellite
- Street View version
The customer discount field allows you to indicate the discount provided to the customer according to the payment method.
In the Customers section, you can also specify the debit limit set for the Customer. In case of exceeding, the Customer's data will be highlighted in red in the Customer's Debts subsection.
After completing all the required fields, click the Create button in the upper corner of the window to add a partner, or click the Cancel button if you do not want to save the data.
How to edit Customer's data and see details?
In the Customers section, you also can edit and view customer data and see details about a customer.
Select the Customer section from the main menu.
In the opening window, click the Edit button in the Customer Name bar.
In the Edit Customer section, you can edit your customer's data, click the Save button, or Cancel if you do not want to save the changes.
Click the View button in the Customer Name bar to see details about your customer.
How to add customer data in XLSX format
If your customer information is available in XLSX format, you can upload it to the system via the Import button.
Select the Customers section from the main menu.
In the upper right corner of the window that opens, click the Import button to upload customer information.
In the opened window, click the Choose File xlxs button to upload the corresponding file from the computer.
Click the Download button and get acquainted with the sample file in XLSX format.
Click the Upload button to confirm the upload. To cancel the actions performed, press the Cancel or X button.
