Packages

After registering in the Araqich system, you have 14 days to test the system for free. You can easily cancel at any time.

Choose one from the offered packages or consult with our specialist if you need a custom solution.

In the Packages subsection, you will find all the details concerning your package in the Araqich system.

In the Araqich system, you will find the Notifications and Settings buttons in the upper right corner of any window.

Click the Settings button.

In the opened window, you will see the following information:

  • Package name
  • The number of attached devices
  • Date until when the package is active

In the list, you can see the following information:

  • Invoice ID
  • Create Date
  • Period
  • Total Amount
  • Status
  • Actions

How to choose a package and subscribe to it?

In the Araqich system, you will find the Notifications and Settings buttons in the upper right corner of any window.

1. Click the Settings button.

2. Choose Account Settings or System Settings

3. Choose Package subsection

Click the Change Package button in the upper right corner.

Until the 14-day free trial is over, click the Buy now button to subscribe to the offered packages.

Choose the best option for you from the offered Price plans and click the Buy now button.

You can choose the best payment options for you, then click the Confirm button.

How to change the package?

If you are already subscribed, you have an opportunity to change the package.

In the Araqich system, you will find the Notifications and Settings buttons in the upper right corner of any window.

1. Click the Settings button.

2. Choose Account Settings or System Settings

3. Choose Package subsection (համակարգում գրված է Pricing)

 

Click the Change Package button in the upper right corner in the opened window.

Choose the best option for you from the offered price plans and click the Buy now button.

You can choose the best payment options for you, then click the Confirm button.

How and when to make payments?

In Araqich system, all payments are counted on the first day of each month. So, if you subscribe in the first half of the month (before the 20th of the month), for example, on March 5, you will pay only 26 days for March, and your account will be active until March 31. If you subscribe in the second half of the month (after the 20th of the month), for example, on March 21, you will not only pay the fee for the 10 days of March but will also be charged the April fee, and your account will be active until April 30.

You can make the next payment within 15 days after the active period.

If you do not pay within 15 days, your account will be blocked.

How to reset a blocked account?

Log in to your already blocked account and make a payment to use the system again.
