Sales team

In the Araqich system, in the Sales team section, you have the opportunity to see the list of distributors and distributor data, edit them, form groups of customers, see product inputs and outputs.

Selecting the Sales team section from the main menu, in the opened window, you will see the following information:

  1. Distributor's Branch
  2. Distributor's Name
  3. Distributor's Username
  4. Distributor's Password

You also can filter the list of Distributors.

  • In the upper right corner of the window, click the Select Branch button, and from the menu, select the branch of a distributor you want to see in the list.
  • In the upper right corner of the window, click the Status button and select the status, active or blocked, to see a list of those Distributors.
  • You can also search for Distributor information by typing the distributor's name in the search bar in the upper left corner of the window.

How to add a distributor?

Select the Sales team section from the main menu.

Press the + Add new in the upper right corner of the opened window to add the distributor data.

In the Add Distributor window, you need to fill in the details of the sales manager or distributor that can access the system.

Fields marked with a star * are required.

  • Choose the branch of your company where the sales manager or distributor works.
  • Fill in the name.

It is desirable to fill in the following fields:

  • Distributor's Email
  • Distributor's phone number
  • Delivery method
  • Supply location

The information in the Supply location field is used in the tax invoices for export orders.

  • Be sure to choose a Username and a Password for your sales manager or distributor, who will be able to access the Araqich system through the phone app. Password must contain at least 4 characters.

After completing all the required fields, click the Create button in the upper right corner of the window to add the distributor, or click the Cancel button if you do not want to save the data.

How to edit Distributor data?

Select the Sales team section from the main menu.

In the Sales team section, click the Edit button in the Distributor's Name field.

In the Edit section, you can change the distributor data, click the Save button, or Cancel if you do not want to save the changes.

How to change the distributor password?

Select the Sales team section from the main menu.

In the Sales team window, click the Edit button in the Distributor Name field.

Click the Change Password button.

Click the Save button. Click the Close button to cancel the operation.

How to block a distributor?

Select the Sales team section from the main menu.

In the Sales team window, click the Edit button in the Distributor Name field.

Click the Block button to block the distributor temporarily.

Click the Save button. Click the Close button to cancel the operation.

How to unblock the distributor?

Select the Sales team section from the main menu.

In the Sales team window, click the Edit button in the Distributor Name field.

Click the Activate button.

Click the Confirm button. Click the Close button to cancel the operation.

How to delete a distributor?

Select the Sales team section from the main menu.

In the Sales team window, click the Edit button in the Distributor Name field.

Click the Delete button in the window.

Click the Confirm button. Click the Close button to cancel the operation.

 

How to create customer groups?

You have the option to select a customer for each distributor, create groups consisting of a distributor and customer, edit or delete them.

Select the Sales team section from the main menu.

In the Sales team window, click the Customers button in the Distributor Name field.

In the opened window, you will see the groups that include the sales manager or distributor and the list of attached customers.

  • By clicking the All button, you will see the list of all customers attached to the distributor.
  • If you want to attach a customer to the distributor, click the Add + button in the upper right corner, mark the customer's name in the list of customers and click the Add to group button in the upper right corner.

  • You can add customer groups by clicking the Add + button in the left corner.

Fill in the group name and click the Create button in the opened window.

The added group will appear in the group list.

To add a new customer to the group, select the group and click the Add + button in the upper right corner of the window.

Select a customer or several customers in the opened window, and click the Add to group button in the upper right corner.

If you do not want the distributor to have access to any partners, click the 'Delete' button in the distributor's name bar to remove that partner from the list of partners.

If you want to see the customer's details, click the View button in the name bar.

To remove a customer from the group, select the group that includes the customer and click the Delete button in the name bar of the latter.

How to add other sales managers and distributors in the customer's group.

Select the Sales team section from the main menu.

In the Sales team window, click the Customers button in the Distributor Name field.

Select the group from the list of groups in the opened window.

In the right corner, click the Distributor button.

Select the distributor from the list and click the Save button.

How to remove a sales manager or distributor from a group?

Select the Sales team section from the main menu.

In the Sales team window, click the Customers button in the Distributor Name field.

Select the group from the list of groups in the opened window.

Click the Delete group button.
