System settings
In the System Settings subsection, you need to select payment types, product units, and general settings.
How to change system settings?
In the Araqich system, you will find the Notifications and Settings buttons in the upper right corner of any window.
Click the Settings button.
Click the System Settings button.
Fields marked with a star * are required.
Select the currency you work with from the list in the Currency field in the Payment Types subsection. This field can not be changed in the future.
In the Payment Types subsection, select the payment type from the list.
Click the Save button in the upper corner to save the data.
In the Product Units subsection, select the units by which your products are measured.
Click the Save button in the upper corner to save the data.
In the General Settings subsection, it is necessary to indicate the number of standard days of delivery. The specified number is automatically added to the order registration date. It shows the order's delivery date, which can be changed during order registration in the mobile application.
In the Use Open Order field, select Yes, if you want to enable sales managers to place an open order that all distributors in that branch can change.
In the Change Product Price field, select the Yes button to enable sales managers to make a price change when placing an order.
In the Customer Create field, select the Yes button to allow sales managers to add customers.
In the Type of tax account field, select the tax account you work:
Tax accounts
Settlement documents.
If you work with VAT, enter the percentage in the Vat Rate% field.
In the Download open orders field, select the Yes button if you want open orders to be included in the list, when downloading order data.
In the Count quantity field, select the Yes button if you want to see the whole history of quantitative changes of products.
Click the Save button in the upper corner to save the data.
