Devices

In the Devices section, you can view and change the list of all the devices through which the sales managers and distributors have logged in.

You can use as many devices as your selected price package allows when using the system.

Once the number of devices in the package is exhausted, you will no longer be able to add new devices.

To add a new device, you can change the price package or remove one of the devices.

To change the price package, go to the Packages section.

Each time one of your sales managers or distributors logs in with a new device through the mobile app, the device information will appear in the Devices section.

Select the Devices section from the main menu.

In the opened window, you will see a list of devices with the following information:

  1. Device name
  2. Branch
  3. Mac Address
  4. Status
  5. Actions

You can filter the list in the upper right corner of the window by selecting the following settings:

  • Select a branch
  • Select the status: active or blocked.

 

How to view device details?

Select the Devices section from the main menu.

Click the View button on the corresponding device bar in the opened window.

In the opened window, you will see detailed information concerning the device:

  • Mac Address
  • Create Date
  • Device Name
  • Serial Number
  • Additional

 

How to edit device data?

You can delete devices, block them, or change device data in this subsection.

Select the Devices section from the main menu.

Click the Edit button on the corresponding device bar in the opened window.

In the Edit Device subsection, it is necessary to fill in the following data:

  • Select a branch from the list.

You can see the Mac address on the access page of the mobile application.

You can also fill in other details concerning the device:

  • Serial number
  • Device name
  • You can see the device's status and change it through the Status field.
  • Additional

How to block the device?

Select the Devices section from the main menu.

Click the Edit button on the corresponding device bar in the opened window.

To block the device, click the Block button in the upper corner of the window, then the Save button.

You can also block the device by selecting the Blocked option in the Status bar, then the Save Button.

The blocked device will remain on the list of devices, but it will be impossible to access the system from that device.

 

How to activate the blocked device?

Select the Devices section from the main menu.

Click the Edit button on the corresponding device bar in the opened window.

To activate the blocked device, click the Activate button in the upper corner of the window, then the Save button.

 

You can activate the device by selecting the Active option in the Status bar, then the Save button.

How to delete the device?

Select the Devices section from the main menu.

Click the Edit button on the corresponding device bar in the opened window.

To delete the device, you need to click the Delete button at the bottom of the page, then the Confirm button.

If you have accidentally deleted the device, there is no need to worry. After restarting the device, it will be restored.
